Our feet ground us, providing a dynamic base of support for balance while standing and balancing, and propel us forward to walk, run, and jump. With this kit, you will learn releases and exercises that will help to strengthen the ankles, arches, and toes, help with common foot problems and assist with corrective protocols.

Kit includes:

  • Pinky ball and spikey ball for rolling and stretching exercises
  • Superball for placing behind toe knuckle and rolling back and forth
  • Rubber Band for Planter and Dorsi Flexion exercises
  • Dowel for rolling exercises under the big toe knuckles
